We collect the following personal data for the purpose of showcasing student profiles in our directory for Halal-certified companies:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • University
  • Field of Study
  • Resume (Optional)
  • Profile Photo (Optional)

2. Use of Data

Your personal data will be used solely for:

  • Displaying your profile in the Halalist directory to help Halal-certified companies connect with you for internship opportunities.
  • Sending promotional updates and newsletters from HQC Commerce.

3. Data Protection

We are committed to ensuring that your personal data is secure and will not be shared with any third-party platforms or used for purposes beyond what is stated in this policy.

4. Data Retention

Your data will be removed from our system two (2) months after your internship start date.

5. Consent

By submitting your details to Halalist, you:

  • Agree to have your information displayed in the Halalist directory for companies to contact you.
  • Consent to receiving promotional materials and newsletters from HQC Commerce.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or withdraw your data by contacting us at 03-8912 2766.

7. Amendments

HQC Commerce reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated through our platform.
